Common use of No Dispossession Clause in Contracts

No Dispossession. If Tenant shall surrender the Premises, or be dispossesed by process of law, or otherwise, Landlord may terminate this Lease, retake possession of the Premises, pursue its remedies provided herein, and any personal property or trade fixtures belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall, at the option of Landlord, be deemed abandoned. In such case, Landlord may dispose of said personal property in any manner and is hereby relieved of all liability for doing so.
