No Dissenters’ or Appraisal Rights. No dissenters’ or appraisal rights will be available with respect to the Transactions, including any right to receive notice with respect to dissenters’ rights under Section 703a of the MBCA, any right or remedy under Sections 762 et seq. of the MBCA, any dissenters’ or appraisal rights under the DRULPA or any dissenters’ or appraisal rights under the Titanium OP Agreement.
