No Dissolution, Etc. Except as otherwise permitted or contemplated by this Agreement, the Company shall not, nor shall it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, authorize, recommend, propose or announce an intention to adopt a plan of complete or partial liquidation or dissolution of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
