No Dissolution. If a Limited Partner Transfers all of its Partnership Interest pursuant to this Article VII and the transferee of such Partnership Interest is admitted as a Limited Partner pursuant to Section 7.3, such Person shall be admitted to the Partnership as a Partner effective on the effective date of the Transfer and the Partnership shall not dissolve pursuant to Section 8.1.
