Common use of No Distribution in Excess of Amount of Allowed Claim Clause in Contracts

No Distribution in Excess of Amount of Allowed Claim. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no holder of an Allowed Claim shall, on account of such Allowed Claim, receive a Plan Distribution (of a value set forth herein) in excess of the Allowed amount of such Claim plus any postpetition interest on such Claim, to the extent such interest is permitted by Section 8.2 of this Plan.
