No Distribution of Expenses. Except as provided in Section 2.1 of this Agreement, neither Buyer nor Seller shall be entitled to reimbursement out of the Funds or from any alternative recovery for any costs and expenses incurred by them in connection with exercising their rights or performing their duties under this Agreement.
