Common use of No Distribution Pending Allowance Clause in Contracts

No Distribution Pending Allowance. No payment or Distribution shall be made with respect to any Claim to the extent it is a Disputed Claim unless and until such Disputed Claim becomes an Allowed Claim, except for distributions into a Disputed Claims Reserve in accordance with the Plan, Confirmation Order, and this Liquidating Trust Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein or in the Plan shall preclude the Liquidating Trustee from making Distributions on account of the undisputed portions of Disputed Claims.
