No Distributions or Allocations. From and after the occurrence of any Event of Default described in clause (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (i) or (j) of the definition thereof, and during the exercise of the Buy-Out Remedy as set forth herein, the Defaulting Partner shall not be entitled to receive any distributions of Available Cash or other Partnership property hereunder, but rather all Available Cash and other Partnership property that would otherwise be distributable to the Defaulting Partner shall be distributed to the Non-Defaulting Partner (to be applied as a credit to the Default Price) until the closing of the purchase of the Defaulting Partner’s Interest by the FMV Purchaser.
