Common use of No Distributions Pending Allowance Clause in Contracts

No Distributions Pending Allowance. ‌ Notwithstanding any other provision of this Plan to the contrary, no payments or distributions of any kind or nature shall be made with respect to all or any portion of a Disputed Claim unless and until all objections to such Disputed Claim have been settled or withdrawn or have been determined by Final Order and the Disputed Claim has become an Allowed Claim. Distributions on account of Disputed Claims that become Allowed Claims shall be made pursuant to Section 6.2.
