NO DIVIDEND RIGHTS. Except to the extent required pursuant to Section 7 of this Award Agreement or under the terms of the DCP (for any Units deferred under that plan), ownership of Units shall not entitle the Unit holder to receive any dividends declared with respect to Common Stock.
