Common use of No Double Recovery Clause in Contracts

No Double Recovery. No Party shall recover damages or obtain payment, reimbursement, restitution or indemnity more than once in respect of the same liability, loss, cost, shortfall, damage, deficiency, breach or other set of circumstances which gives rise to more than one claim under this Agreement or any other agreement between the Parties (including, without limitation, any claim which may arise under Article I hereof).

No Double Recovery. No A Party shall not be entitled to recover damages or obtain payment, reimbursement, restitution or indemnity more than once in respect of the same liability, loss, cost, any one shortfall, damage, deficiency, breach or other set of circumstances which gives rise to one or more than one claim under this Agreement or Agreement. For the purposes of this Clause 32.5, recovery by any other agreement between Group Companies following Completion shall be deemed to be recovery by the Parties (including, without limitation, any claim which may arise under Article I hereof)Purchasers.
