No Duplicate Adjustments. Notwithstanding anything else to the ------------------------ contrary contained herein, in no event will an adjustment be made under the provisions of this Section 7 to the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant or the Exercise Price for any event if an adjustment having substantially the same effect to the Warrantholder as any adjustment that otherwise would be made under the provisions of this Section 7 is made by the Company.
