No Duplicate Claims. In the event a Purchaser Indemnified Party or Expedia Indemnified Party, as the case may be, recovers Losses in respect of an indemnification claim hereunder, no other Purchaser Indemnified Party or Expedia Indemnified Party, as applicable, may recover the same Losses in respect of a claim for indemnification under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, any liability for indemnification under this Agreement shall be determined without duplication of recovery of Losses by reason of any state of facts giving rise to such Losses constituting a breach of more than one representation or warranty.
