No Duty of Secured Parties to Verify. No provision of this Section 8.05 nor any other provision of the Credit Agreement or any Material Project Document shall impose on the Secured Parties any duty or obligation to verify the existence or adequacy of the insurance coverage maintained by the Borrower, nor shall the Secured Parties be responsible for any representations or warranties made by or on behalf of the Borrower to any insurance company or underwriter.
