No Duty to Examine, Etc. The Agent shall not be under a duty to examine or pass upon the validity, effectiveness or genuineness of any of the Security Documents or any instrument, document or communication furnished pursuant to this Agreement or in connection therewith or in connection with any Security Document, and the Agent shall be entitled to assume that the same are valid, effective and genuine, have been signed or sent by the proper parties and are what they purport to be.
