Common use of No Duty to Mitigate Clause in Contracts

No Duty to Mitigate. The Executive shall have no duty to seek new employment or other duty to mitigate following a termination of employment as described in this Article 5, and no compensation or benefits described in this Article 5 shall be subject to reduction or offset on account of any subsequent compensation, other than as provided in Section 5.05.

No Duty to Mitigate.
