No Duty to Negotiate. The Board and the Union, for the life of this Agreement, voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered by this Agreement or any subject or matter which was negotiated but no agreement was reached and any subject or matter that was not presented by either party.
No Duty to Negotiate. Each Party reserves the right, in the sole and absolute discretion of such party, to reject any and all proposals made by any other party concerning any Potential Transaction(s) and to terminate negotiations and discussions with the other party at any time.
No Duty to Negotiate. Neither party shall have any duty or obligation to negotiate or enter into any agreement with the other as a result of the disclosure of the Information contemplated by this Agreement.
