No Duty to Segregate Funds; No Liability for Interest. Subject to Section 4.3, the Titling Trust Administrator is not required to segregate funds received under this Agreement in any manner except to the extent required by Applicable Law and the related Servicing Agreement and may deposit such funds under such general conditions as may be prescribed by Applicable Law. The Titling Trust Administrator will not be liable for any interest on any such funds.
