No Duty to Verify or Recalculate. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, none of the Calculation Agent (except as described in Section 3.1(a)), the Indenture Trustee or the Paying Agent shall have any obligation to verify or recalculate any information provided to them by the Administrator, and may rely on such information in making the allocations and payments to be made pursuant to Article IV.
