No Duty with Respect to Collateral. The Indenture Trustee shall be under no duty or obligation in connection with the acquisition or Grant by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee of any item constituting the Collateral, or to evaluate the sufficiency of the documents or instruments delivered to it by or on behalf of the Issuer in connection with its Grant or otherwise, in each case, in order to determine compliance with applicable requirements of and restrictions on transfer in respect of such Collateral.
