The Indenture Trustee shall have no responsibility to prepare or file or make any determination with respect to any tax or securities law filing or report, or to monitor, enforce, make any determination or take any action with respect to any risk retention requirements or other regulatory requirements and shall have no liability for the failure of the Trust, the Notes or the Noteholders or any other Person to satisfy any such requirements.
