NO EARLY ACCESS OR STAYING BEYOND THE END OF THE LEASE. Tenant shall not be allowed to move in before the start of the Term, or to hold over (stay in possession) after the end of the Term. Landlord shall be entitled to additional rent if the Tenant holds over after the end of the Term.
