Common use of No Early Amortization Event or Event of Default Clause in Contracts

No Early Amortization Event or Event of Default. Before and after giving effect to the Borrowing of such Term Loan on a pro forma basis, no Early Amortization Event or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing on the date such Term Loan is made. The acceptance by the Borrowers of each extension of credit hereunder shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty by the Borrowers that the conditions specified in Section 4.02 have been satisfied at that time.
