NO EFFECT ON CERTAIN MATTERS. (a) Canada and the Band agree that where a Provincial Road is transferred and set apart as an Entitlement Reserve pursuant to section 7.02, regular program funding will be made available to the Band for the operation and maintenance of such Provincial Road. (b) Canada shall be under no obligation to set apart any Provincial Road as an Entitlement Reserve under this Article unless the Land, Minerals and Improvements are otherwise eligible to be set apart pursuant to this Agreement.
