No Effect on Employment Relationship. This Agreement is not intended to have any effect upon Executive’s employment relationship with the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall interfere with or affect the rights of the Company or the Executive under any employment agreement or confer upon the Executive any right to continued employment with the Company.
