No Effect on Indemnification Agreement. This Agreement shall have no effect on, and shall not limit in any way, the obligations of the Company pursuant to the terms of that certain Indemnification Agreement dated as of October 25, 1995 by and between the Company and Mr. Chaltiel, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Indemnification Agreement").
