No Effect on MLA Sample Clauses

No Effect on MLA. No default by any Party relating to an SLA, whether pursuant to this Section 22, by operation of law or otherwise (except as expressly provided herein), nor any termination of an SLA and removal of LICENSEE’S property from the Premises, shall relieve either Party of its obligations or liabilities under this MLA or any other SLA, all of which shall survive such default, termination and/or removal.
