No Effect on Other Commitments Clause Samples

No Effect on Other Commitments. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties will continue to honor all commitments under this Agreement and each other Transaction Document during the course of resolution of a Dispute pursuant to the provisions of this Article VIII with respect to all matters not subject to such Dispute.
