Common use of No Effect on Other Revolving Credit Lenders Clause in Contracts

No Effect on Other Revolving Credit Lenders. The failure or refusal of any Settling Lender to make available to the Administrative Agent at the aforesaid time and place on any Settlement Date the amount of such Settling Lender’s Settlement Amount shall not (a) relieve any other Settling Lender from its several obligations hereunder to make available to the Administrative Agent the amount of such other Settling Lender’s Settlement Amount or (b) impose upon any Revolving Credit Lender, other than the Settling Lender so failing or refusing, any liability with respect to such failure or refusal or otherwise increase the Revolving Credit Commitment of such other Revolving Credit Lender.
