Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to limit the Settling 6WDWH¶V &LYLOQG,QCIYD´H³VWRLUJDLWQLYYHHVW'LHJPDDWLYH VXESRHQD such authority exists under applicable state law and the CID or investigative subpoena is issued pursuant to such authority, and Settling Distributors reserve all of their rights in connection with a CID or investigative subpoena issued pursuant to such authority.
