No Encumbrance of Collateral Release Property. Unless the Borrower sells a Collateral Release Property to a Person who is not an Affiliate of the Borrower substantially simultaneously with the release of the Collateral Release Property from the Collateral Pool, the Borrower shall not encumber the Collateral Release Property for a period of 120 days following the release of the Collateral Release Property from the Collateral Pool.
