NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY. Any person dealing with the Lender or the Receiver shall not be concerned to enquire whether any event has happened upon which any of the powers contained in this Agreement and/or the Security Documents are or may be exercisable by the Lender or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any exercise thereof or of any act purporting or intended to be an exercise thereof or whether any money remains owing upon this Agreement.
NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY. No person shall be bound or concerned to see or enquire whether the rights of the Bank to exercise any of the powers hereby conferred has become exercisable or not or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any exercise thereof or of any act purporting or intended to be an exercise thereof or whether any money remains owing in relation or pursuant to this Assignment.
NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY. Any purchaser or other person dealing with the Bank or the Receiver shall not be bound or concerned to see or enquire whether the right of the Bank or any Receiver to exercise any of the powers contained in these presents has arisen or not or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any exercise thereof or of any act purporting or intended to be an exercise thereof or whether any moneys remain owing and/or obligations or liabilities are incurred upon this security and the title and position of such person shall not be impeachable by reference to any of those matters.
NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY. 22.1 Any person dealing with SIF or the Receiver shall not be concerned to enquire whether any event has happened upon which any of the powers contained in these presents are or may be exercisable by SIF or the Receiver or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any exercise thereof or of any act purporting or intended to be an exercise thereof or whether any money remains owing upon this security.
NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY. 22.1 Any person dealing with SingFinance or the Receiver shall not be concerned to enquire whether any event has happened upon which any of the powers contained in these presents are or may be exercisable by SingFinance or the Receiver or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any exercise thereof or of any act purporting or intended to be an exercise thereof or whether any money remains owing upon this security.
NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY. Any person dealing with the Lender or the Receiver shall not be concerned to enquire whether any event has happened upon which any of the powers contained in these presents are or may be exercisable by the Lender or the Receiver or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any exercise thereof or of any act purporting or intended to be an exercise thereof or whether any moneys remains owing upon this security.
NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY. Any person dealing with the Bank or the Receiver and/or Manager or Receivers and/or Managers shall not be concerned to enquire whether any event has happened upon which any of the powers contained in these presents are or may be exercisable by the Bank or the Receiver and/or Manager or Receivers and/or Managers or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any exercise thereof or of any act purporting or intended to be an exercise thereof or whether any money remains owing upon the Bank Security Documents.
NO ENQUIRY BY THIRD PARTY. Any person dealing with the Chargees or any of its delegates or the Receiver appointed hereunder shall not be bound to see or enquire whether any event has happened upon which any of the powers contained in this Deed are or may be exercisable by the Chargees or the Receiver or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any exercise thereof, or any act purporting or intended to be an exercise thereof, or whether any money remains owing upon this security, or be concerned to see whether any such delegation shall have lapsed for any reason or been revoked.
