Common use of No Environmental Claims Clause in Contracts

No Environmental Claims. except as may already have been disclosed by it in writing to, and acknowledged in writing by, the Mortgagee, there is no Environmental Claim pending or, to the best of its knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry), threatened against the Charterer or the Ship or any other ship owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, the Charterer or, to the best of its knowledge and belief (having made due enquiry) any of its Environmental Affiliates; and
