No estate or interest. The Owner and the Shipping Agent acknowledge that their rights to access or use the Dedicated Facility for a Permitted Use for the duration of the Access Period rest in contract only and this Agreement does not create or confer upon the Owner or the Shipping Agent any tenancy, estate or other interest in the Dedicated Facility.
