Common use of No Exclusive Use Gates Clause in Contracts

No Exclusive Use Gates. All gates within the Terminal will be for either Common Use or Preferential Use in accordance with the terms of this Article. Airline’s use of all Gates shall at all times be subject to the Port’s Gate Use, Assignment and Scheduling Procedure, which may be amended from time to time after consultation with the Signatory Airlines. A copy of the Port’s current Gate Use, Assignment and Scheduling Procedures is attached as Exhibit D to this Agreement.
