No Exclusivity or Volume Commitment. 1.4.1 The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that: (a) it is not, and will not be, the exclusive contractor to the Customer for the performance of any or all of the Services and/or the supply of the Goods; (b) the Customer is not under any obligation to issue to, or direct the Supplier to perform any minimum volume of Services or supply a minimum quantity of Goods under this Agreement; (c) no representation has been made by the Customer as to the number, volume or value of Services or Goods that it may direct or require the Supplier to perform or supply under this Agreement or otherwise.
