No Excuse from Performance. None of the provisions contained in this Agreement nor in the Letter of Credit required under this Agreement excuse Tenant from faithfully performing in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or limit the liability of Tenant under this Agreement for any and all damages in excess of the amounts of the Letter of Credit.
