No Exercise of Purchase, Extension or Termination Options. To Xxxxxx’x knowledge, and except if and as disclosed in the First Disclosure Letter and, with respect to each Initial Asset, any Supplemental Disclosure Letter relating to such Initial Asset, no options to purchase any Initial Asset, extend or terminate the relevant Lease have been exercised by the relevant Lessee under the relevant Lease Documents.
