No Expansion of Landlord Approval Rights to a Proposed Permitted Tenant Transferee. This subsection (c) shall not in any event be deemed to give Landlord approval rights as to any proposed Permitted Tenant Transferee where such approval rights are not expressly given in the definition of such term, nor shall this subsection (c) be deemed to expand the scope or basis for any such Landlord approval beyond the scope provided in the definition of the term “Permitted Tenant Transferee”.
