No Extension of Term; Rent Obligations Continue. There shall be no extension of the Term on account of any Casualty or Appropriation. Except as expressly provided in Section 17.4 above, following any Casualty or Appropriation, Lessor shall continue to receive Annual Base Rent in monthly installments at the same times and in the same amounts as would be payable had there been no Casualty or Appropriation.
