No Extinguishment Of Other Outstanding Royalty Obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall operate to extinguish the obligation of any Person to pay royalties to Enzo arising from an obligation outside of this Agreement (including via contract, operation of law, judicial ruling, or otherwise).
