No Failure to Return Property. Upon termination of employment, Executive will immediately return all Employer property in Executive’s possession or control, tangible or intangible, including without limitation trade secrets, confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property in whatever embodiment or form, and all copies and other reproductions and extracts thereof, including those prepared by Executive.
