Common use of NO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OBLIGATION TO THIRD PARTIES Clause in Contracts

NO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OBLIGATION TO THIRD PARTIES. 10 AUTHORITY and CONTRACTOR acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any 11 concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of the underlying 12 Agreement, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the Federal 13 Government is not a party to this Agreement and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities 14 to the AUTHORITY, CONTRACTOR, or any other party (whether or not a party to this Agreement) 15 pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying Agreement. CONTRACTOR agrees to include 16 these requirements in all of its subcontracts.
