Common use of NO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OBLIGATION TO THIRD PARTIES Clause in Contracts

NO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OBLIGATION TO THIRD PARTIES. 11 AUTHORITY and COUNTY acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any 12 concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or 13 award of the underlying Agreement, absent the express written consent by the 14 Federal Government, the Federal Government is not a party to this Agreement 15 and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to the AUTHORITY, 16 COUNTY, or any other party (whether or not a party to this Agreement) 17 pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying Agreement. COUNTY 18 agrees to include these requirements in all of its subcontracts under this 19 Agreement.
