Common use of No Fees or Commissions Clause in Contracts

No Fees or Commissions. Each Party represents and warrants to the other Party that no individual, partnership, or corporation is entitled to a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other like payment in connection with the contribution of the Gateway Contributed Interest, except for any compensation that may become payable to Tudor, Pickering, Xxxx & Co., in its capacity as independent financial advisor to the SXCP Conflicts Committee.
