Common use of No Fiduciary Obligations Clause in Contracts

No Fiduciary Obligations. Each Party acknowledges and agrees that the other Parties, their Affiliates and their respective officers, directors and controlling Persons do not owe any fiduciary duties to the first Party or any of its respective Affiliates, officers, directors or controlling Persons. The only obligations of the Parties, their Affiliates and their respective officers, directors and controlling Persons arising out of this Agreement are the contractual obligations expressly set forth in this Agreement.
