No Fiduciary or Implied Duties. The Company acknowledges and agrees, and acknowledges its Affiliates’ understanding, that in acting as the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent will not have responsibility except as set forth in this Agreement and shall in no event be subject to any fiduciary or other implied duties. The Company waives and releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims that it may have against the Administrative Agent with respect to any breach or alleged breach of agency or fiduciary duty.
