Common use of No Fiduciary Relationships Clause in Contracts

No Fiduciary Relationships. Seller is not the agent or representative of Purchaser and Purchaser is not the agent or representative of Seller, and nothing in this Agreement will be construed to make Purchaser liable to anyone for goods delivered or services performed on the Property or for debts or claims accruing against Seller. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed to create any privity of contract or other relationship between Purchaser and anyone supplying labor or materials to the Property. Nothing in this Agreement, nor the acts of the parties, will be construed to create a partnership or joint venture between Seller and Purchaser.
