No Filing of Claims. You represent and warrant that you do not presently have on file any claims, charges, grievances, actions, appeals or complaints against Company Releasees in or with any administrative, state, federal or governmental entity, agency, board or court, or before any other tribunal or arbitrator(s), public or private, based upon any actions occurring prior to the date of this Letter Agreement.
