Taxes Under the laws of the Security Parties' respective jurisdictions of incorporation or organisation in force at the date hereof, it is not necessary that any of the Security Documents be filed, recorded or enrolled with any court or other authority in its jurisdiction of incorporation or organisation (other than the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales or the relevant maritime registry, to the extent applicable) or that any stamp, registration or similar tax be paid on or in relation to any of the Security Documents.
